Thank you to everyone who sent videos for the contest. We had great participation. The videos are segregated below by “good customer service” and “poor customer service” and the department or unit name is listed above each video. (Many computers in the hospital are blocked from viewing YouTube, regretfully that’s the only way we can post a video on our website. Hopefully, you can view them on your phone if you are unable to view them on your computer.)
