Orthopaedic Surgeon Gordon Troy Birk, M.D., has been practicing in Arkansas for the past 12 years. He earned his medical degree from the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, and completed his residency in orthopaedic surgery and a fellowship in sports medicine at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio.
Dr. Birk is a member of the physician team at Jefferson Regional Orthopaedic & Spine Center, and a member of the Jefferson Regional Medical Staff. He is board certified, and is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the Arkansas Medical Society.
When he isn’t caring for patients, Dr. Birk enjoys spending time with his family and exercising. He has completed two full IronMan races.
Dr Birk is at Monticello Medical Clinic on the 1st Wednesday of the month.
