Dr. James Atkins is a board-certified pediatrician.
Raised in Hamburg, Arkansas, Dr. Atkins has been practicing at Monticello Medical Clinic since 2016. He received his undergraduate degree from Centenary College of Louisiana in Shreveport and attended medical school at UAMS in Little Rock, graduating in 2013. He completed a pediatric residency at UAMS/Arkansas Children’s Hospital in 2016.
Dr. Atkins lives in Monticello with his wife and 2 sons. He enjoys spending time with his family, playing and watching sports, hunting, fishing, traveling, reading, and just being outdoors.
