Jan Ryszkowski is a board-certified physician specializing in wound care and utilization of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy to treat problem wounds and/or chronic infection. He had eight years of experience treating most difficult wounds at multiple skilled nursing facilities all over Arkansas before becoming Medical Director of the JRMC Wound Treatment Center. He completed his internships in Surgery at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, Lebanon NH, and Maine-Dartmouth Family Medicine in Augusta, ME. He completed his residency at the University of Connecticut Medical Center in Farmington, CT, and his fellowship at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, AR. Dr. Ryszkowski served as Assistant Professor at UAMS-Little Rock, is Board Certified by the American Board of Nuclear Medicine, and is certified in Advanced Wound Care and Hyperbaric Oxygenation Therapy.
