Family Medicine physician, R. Douglas Coleman, M.D., earned his medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS). He completed his residency in family medicine at the University of Arkansas Area Health Education Center in Pine Bluff, AR. Dr. Coleman is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
Dr. Coleman is a member of the JRMC Medical Staff and is in private practice at White Hall Family Medicine Associates in White Hall, AR. Dr. Coleman serves as the President of the Jefferson County Medical Society, and also serves on the Board of Trustees for the Arkansas Medical Society. Locally, he serves on the School Board and on the Board at his church.
Dr. Coleman and his wife, Stacy, have three sons. When he isn’t caring for patients, Dr. Coleman enjoys spending time on the lake, duck and deer hunting, skeet shooting, and exercising.
