Find a Patient

There are several different ways to reach a patient at Jefferson Regional.

Our reception desk in the main lobby is manned by Jefferson Regional volunteers between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m. If you give them the name of the patient, they will be happy to find the appropriate room number and give you directions to the correct floor.

If you visit the hospital and no one is at the front desk, you may use the Patient Information telephone on the wall. Simply lift the receiver and the operator will be on the line to assist you.

If you are outside the hospital and do not know a patient’s room number, dial (870) 541-7100. An automated response system will ask you to say the patient or department name you are looking for. You will be transferred to that location, or connected to an operator for assistance.

If you are outside the hospital and know the patient’s room number, simply dial 541 followed by the four-digit room number. Your call will ring directly to the patient’s room. These calling instructions do not apply to phone numbers in the Clinical Decision Unit or ICU.

Jefferson Regional’s operators will transfer calls to patients between 6:30 a.m. and 9 p.m. Patients are not allowed to receive calls after 9 p.m.
