Dr. Browning received his medical degree from the Louisiana State University School of Medicine in Shreveport, and completed an Internship in Obstetrics and Gynecology from Portsmouth Naval Hospital in Portsmouth, Virginia. He also served in the United States Navy and the Louisiana Army National Guard. He is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
