Patient Referrals Are Always Welcome!
Jefferson Regional welcomes the referral of patients from across South Arkansas. Referrals may take the form of inpatient or outpatient treatment and testing. To refer a patient for testing, you may click the designated Referral Link on this page. This link will take you to a form, which can be filled out and submitted to request specific testing. Once you have submitted the form, your patient will be contacted for scheduling.

To admit a patient to the hospital, please call our bed assignment nurse at (870) 541-4085 or 1-800-JRMC-DRS (576-2377). They will walk you through the process of a direct admit.
We have a team of Hospitalist providers trained in Internal Medicine or Family Practice who specialize in caring for patients while they are in the hospital. They manage all aspects of a patient’s medical treatment from the time of admission until the time of discharge. They work in collaboration with primary care physicians (PCP) to provide exceptional care to patients.
You may also contact any of our clinics directly for more information about specialty care or to refer a patient. Many specialists also conduct clinics in Monticello, Dumas and Lake Village. They would welcome your call and your patient may even be seen in your local area by one of these specialists.
