What We Do

Jefferson Regional Foundation raises funds that directly support Jefferson Regional Medical Center and the communities we serve. Together we are bringing the highest quality healthcare to Southeast Arkansas.

Funds raised go toward maintaining our state-of-the-art facilities and equipment. We support nurse recruitment so that we can continue to deliver compassionate care for generations to come. And we make an immediate and continued impact on the level of cancer care, cardiology, orthopaedics, and other health services offered across our hospital.

Community support helps us deliver the caring, dedicated healthcare our friends and neighbors deserve.

The Jefferson Regional Foundation is proud to provide scholarships to Jefferson Regional School of Nursing students. There are three scholarships named after the generous donors that made the scholarship possible.

The Kathy Pierce Scholarship is given to an individual who stands out as a leader and shows dedication and compassion to their patients. They have good communication skills and positively promote the nursing profession.

The Kathy Pierce Scholarship was given to Jayla L. Avery at the December 2021 graduation.

The Tanja and Kevin Bonnette State Farm Scholarship is given to an individual who exhibits strong leadership skills within the classroom and community. They are self-motivated and take initiative to learn and grow within the profession.

The Tanja and Kevin Bonnette State Farm Scholarship was given to Robbye Payne- Dockett at the December 2021 graduation.

The Trinity Foundation Scholarship is given to individuals of good character and that are well respected by classmates and faculty. They are contributors to their community and to their profession.

The Trinity Foundation Scholarship was given to Brooke Loveless, Abigail Nutt, Drew Hyatt, Ke’Shanna Brentley, Peyton Anderson, and Tyfani Wood at the December 2021 graduation.
